Hello Illustrious
If You do not know me i am Chief Petty Officer (N) Brendan Colborne, And i am your new DCPO for Illustrious Division.
I have been with WCC and T.S Phoenix for about 8 years off and on, ive seen alot of people come and go, and well this is my first
position in my WCC career. Im definantly gonna take it seriously cause well i like to to win, and the only way we are gonna win,
is if we all work as a team.
Im personally gonna push alot of things:
Trades and Quals- Work on getting every member of our divison to submit at least one trade or one qual for every marking period.
Training- Push everyone to finish everything in the Training Plan so when it comes time for promotions there will be no confusion on what u need to accomplish.
Promotions- With what was said above i wanna see EVERYONE in the Divison (that is possible) get at least One promotion in the next 2 months.
Communication- I wanna have a little chat with everyone in the division to get ur opinion on what u think needs to be done to better our division.
and last but not least
Make sure everyone has as much fun as possible in there time at the WCC and in the Navy
So i will do my best too keep my self avaliable all the time for all of u cadets if u ever need to contact me u can do so either threw the forums,

And keep the navy at the top where we should be, and show all the rest whos the best.
