Welcome to the Training Section of the WCC Navy!

My name is Senior Chief Petty Officer Matthew Reid, i've just been appointed as the Training NCO for TS Phoenix. I have been in the WCCN for over a year, and this is my first go at TrgNCO, so I will give it my best shot, and hopefully improve things based on ideas that you lot come up with.

I will be working VERY closely with the TrgO and the UTrgO to make sure things run smoothly, and that the rate of training is braught up another level.

Over the next few months, things are going to change, so be prepaired for some emails from me nagging you to do something. It could be a NCOC Course or even an OA Cert, but it's for your benifit, you'll learn a lot from them. Trust me, I have!

If you have any suggestions on how we can improve the current training program that we have, then please let me know and we'll sort something out.
