1. Complete the Cadet Readiness Report (www.navy.webcadets.com/crr.php) up to Question 10.
2. Post the Naval Oath in the Naval Oath thread of the forums.

1. Have an accurate signature on the forums displaying your name, rank, and unit.
2. Have all sections of your MyWCC Profile filled in, including referer.
3. Complete Ordinary Seaman rank test with a pass of 7/10.

Recently, the system for promotion in the Navy has changed. When you join the WCCN all you have to do is register on the Forums and post in the Naval Oath thread. Once you have completed those two simple steps, you will be promoted to the rate of Junior Cadet(N).

Then to become an Ordinary Seaman(N) you have to complete a rank test, which is relativly easy. If you don't know the answer to any of the questions, then i'll gladly help you! :)
